Right of Withdrawal | Returns and Refunds

In accordance with applicable consumer law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of a Product and to return it to Sol de Mayo, without having to provide any reason, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the Product

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact Sol de Mayo by email within the above-mentioned period at contact@sol-mayo.com

Upon receipt of the request, Sol de Mayo will send a confirmation by email and provide the return instructions.

Returned Products must be sent back undamaged, in their complete original packaging, and with all original tags attached Any Product that has been worn, washed, altered, modified, or damaged will not be accepted for return, and no refund will be granted.

The costs related to returning the Products are borne by the Customer.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal - Bespoke & Made-to-Order Products

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made, bespoke, or made-to-order Products, and

• Products that have been personalised or manufactured according to the Customer's specific request

These Products cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Once the returned Product has been received and inspected, Sol de Mayo will inform the Customer by email of the acceptance of the return.

If the return is accepted, Sol de Mayo will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 days, either from the date of receipt of the returned Product or from the receipt of proof of delivery, whichever occurs first.
